Best of... weekly photomanip features #99:devFrozenStarRo: and her friend :devLareth: were thinking of making a weekly photomanipulation features :) But they needed someone else with a good observing eye to help us pick the best manips so they asked for their friends' :devIardacil: and :devSylwiaa: to help them :) The result can be found below here.
